About the job :

  • A rapidly growing USA based connector company is expanding sales & marketing support in European territory and seeking experienced sales professional to expand and build our global OEM customer portfolio.
  • The role will require various responsibilities including appointing and managing European representatives/distributors in key territories including but not limited to Germany, Italy, France, United Kingdom and Belgium.  The role will also require regular travel to customer sites throughout the targeted European territories with focus on strategic customers and markets with limited travel to Asia.  Other responsibilities will include sales training and territory activity reporting to USA management team.
  • The applicant must be a self starter with a strong knowledge of key OEM customer channel in the datacom, networking, consumer, automotive and medical markets with excellent communication skills.  The applicant must posses a working knowledge of MS office/Windows based software and be able to communicate in well in English, both written and verbal forms.

About the job :

  • A rapidly growing USA based connector company is seeking an applications engineering professional to support North American OEM customer and sales representative channels.
  • Responsibilities will require providing technical support and applications assistance to customers and sales, development of proposals/solutions for customer applications, specifying and making recommendations for the use appropriate connector technology and materials (metals, plastics, plating), create specifications, analyze test data and provide technical reports, liaise with customer and factory engineering to develop customer specific products, and identify and cross competitor connectors and recommend equivalent products. Other responsibilities will include travel within North America with limited travel to Asia.
  • The applicant must be a self starter with a strong knowledge of key OEM customer channel in the datacom, networking, consumer and medical markets.  The applicant must posses a working knowledge of MS office/Windows based software including selected engineering specific software and able to communicate well in English, both written and verbal forms.
