ABOUT PALWONN

Established in 1978 PalWonn has been an industry leader in PCB design and manufacturing. Located in Chung-Li Industrial Park, Taiwan, Our Facility Area is 16,500 m2 with a Capacity of 350,000 ft2 / month. We currently employ over 320 people.
Our Chairman is Mr. Ming-Yu Ko. We carry a QA Certificate ISO/ TS 16949 ISO 14000

• FR-4 multi-layer PCB 4 ~ 16L
• Medium volume (500 ~ 1,000 ft2/lot)
• Heavy copper
• Laser blind via holes (1+N+1)
