We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable request to confirm the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

In response to your request to opt-out, we will process your request, as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen (15) business days from the date we receive the request. We will only use personal information provided from your request to comply with the request.

How We Protect Your Personal Data
The Company uses commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
Administrative Safeguards
We limit access to personal data to authorized personnel only, including internal team members (e.g., marketing and IT) and designated third-party service providers (e.g., web developers). Access is restricted to a business need. We maintain privacy policies and terms and conditions on our website.
Technical Safeguards
Our website uses SSL (HTTPS) encryption to protect data transmitted through our website. Personal data submitted through website forms (via Gravity Forms) may be stored within the WordPress environment and is also transmitted via email to authorized personnel for follow-up. We perform routine updates to its WordPress core, themes, and plugins to address known security vulnerability. Access to systems is protected through password-based authentication. Personal data may also be stored in internal business systems, including CRM and ERP platforms, for purposes of managing customer relationships and business operations.
