Job Responsibilities Include:

•Work with existing sales to identify and close prospective target accounts
•Develop relationships with customers to expand product offering
•Help identify and grow alliance partnerships
•Lead marketing efforts to help develop new business
•Develop a robust sales pipeline that will meet/exceed revenue targets
•Drive library service contract wins
•Analyze new market and customer potential for future growth
•Supply any sales and development reports that management request


Job Requirements:

•10+ years of experience in a business development or leadership position of design services
Deep understanding of PCB design and eCAD/mCAD library services
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to champion new methodologies and promote customer adoption of improved process enhancements
Knowledge of Cadence tools is preferred. Altium, Mentor, or Zuken ecosystem is a plus.
